Lead volume was high, but lead quality was poor. Leads were coming from low-intent sources such as WhatsApp inquiries, generic lead forms, and standard landing pages, resulting in a low qualification rate, messy data, and limited visibility into which channels were actually driving valuable customers.

We redesigned the entire lead acquisition and conversion funnel by introducing two dedicated insurance web apps, one for motor and one for medical. Each app guides users through a structured, automated journey designed to qualify intent early and ensure data accuracy. We strengthened the funnel with user verification, clean data capture, and full tracking integration, including Meta Conversion API and Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, allowing platforms to optimize toward lead quality rather than raw volume.

Lead quality improved significantly, with a 42% increase in qualification rate. The business gained clean, reliable first-party data, enabling more accurate optimization, stronger retargeting, and high-intent campaigns such as WhatsApp broadcasts. Paid media performance shifted from volume-driven to quality-driven growth, creating a more scalable and efficient acquisition model.

Paid Media Strategy and Funnel Forecasting Across 7+ Countries

Paid media was running across multiple markets, but long-term planning was difficult. Performance was evaluated channel by channel, with limited visibility into how budgets, funnel stages, and country-level performance would translate into qualified pipeline and sales outcomes at scale.

We conducted a full paid media and sales funnel audit, aligning media objectives with each stage of the funnel. Building on 2024 performance data, we developed a dynamic forecasting model covering 7+ countries, projecting KPIs per objective, expected MQLs and SQLs, and conversion benchmarks tied to sales stages. This created a unified strategic view of how paid media could perform across markets under different investment scenarios.

The brand gained strategic clarity and decision readiness.
